This Mandram (Club) trains people the ways to operate the six energy points (Moolatharangal), Pooja Norms, Method of pronunciation of Mantras, Handling of Medicinal Plants, Yagnam and fasting. NERI means the road to a spiritual journey and it contains rules and regulations. One has to learn how to follow these regulations properly. This club helps one to master all these etiquettes. The Founder for this Mandram is Dr.Arjunan and Secretary is Vaidhyar Dambatchary. N.Venkatraman is treasurer.
Literature is an aspect of overall culture and we also concentrate on the development of Tamil Language and Literature. This literature wing conducts programmes to declare the specialties of Tamil Language. Also this wing conducts training programmes to write poems in Tamil. Problems in reading Tamil texts are addressed properly. This wing as a novel attempt started to open photos/drawing of Patriots and Literary Scholars. Also this wing honors those who contributed more to the development of Tamil Language. Male scholars are conferred with THOLKAPPIAR AWARD and the female scholars are conferred with Ovvaiyar award. Poet Lakshmipathy is the secretary of this wing for a long time.
Thirukkural is a book contains Universal Truths and is composed of only two lines. It is considered as a famous NEETHI NOOL (Book on Ethics). Almost all the themes were dealt under three chapters i.e. Arathuppal (Chapter on Ethics), Porutpal (Chapter on Materials) and Kamthuppal (Chapter on Love and Sex). It is a part of Tamil Subject even from Standard I to Standard XII. To popularize this Thirukkural among the student and youth community, several recitation competitions are being conducted and prizes were distributed along with a copy of Thirukkural. Also hundreds of copies of Thirukkural book were distributed freely to the school students. Arjunan is the President of this movement while Poet Arivuchchudar is functioning as Secretary. Kurinji Kalaiarasan is Treasurer for this movement.

In coordination with Govt. Museum at Fort, training classes on Drawing and Handwriting were conducted throughout the Vellore District. The then Collector Mr.R.Sivakumar has suggested this training and accordingly for the last 12 years it is being implemented. The training is conducted in the grass field area of Vellore Fort. The then Curator M.Gandhi and the present curator K.Saravan have extended their cooperation for this training. P.Munirathinam and V.N.Shanmugam, Drawing Teachers use to take classes. Arjunan is the coordinator for this programme. Three training sessions per year are organized and each session will have 50 students. So far, 1800 students participated in these drawing classes.
Mr.Ajay Singh Panwar, Conservator of Forests (Plan) has requested Arjunan to conduct Survey of Flora in the Kalvarayan Hills of Villupuram District. Accordingly Arjunan with his team stayed in the hills for a month and completed the survey.

A memorandum with Deputy Director of Health Services, Vellore was made under Private Partnership Scheme to set-up medicinal plants parks in the Primary Health Centers functioning in that HUD. Accordingly, a pilot work was carried out in the Poigai PHC and the Park was inaugurated by Mr.C.Rajendiran, the then Collector of Vellore.
